IT Salesperson - 6 Month Contract Position ________________________________________ Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information technology products and services, and a passion for connecting clients with solutions that drive business success. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that contribute to revenue growth. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Understand and present our IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, managed services, and more. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients in collaboration with internal teams. • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Requirements • Proven experience in IT sales, technology solutions sales, or a similar field. • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including SaaS, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand customer needs and craft appropriate solutions. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience selling B2B IT solutions or working with MSPs. • Existing client base or strong network in the technology industry. • Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus. ________________________________________
