This is not a job board—you won’t pay for leads or listings. We receive jobs from our home portfolio partners, support their completion with our local contractors, and pay you directly for completed work. Our ideal contractor is someone who has their own business or clients but wants to fill in their schedule with high-frequency, low-friction work throughout the year.  How It Works You receive work orders directly from us—no lead chasing, no marketing. Jobs come with “not-to-exceed” (NTE) limits (typically $150–$350) to complete minor residential repairs, ideally on the first trip. Larger jobs require an estimate prior to work. Mechanical trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair) are paid diagnostic trip fees of $65–$85, depending on complexity and trade. As a Fire Alarm Foreman, you will lead the installation of fire life safety systems on large commercial projects. Your responsibilities include managing field crews, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards. Work Schedule: Hours may vary. Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts (if needed). Your main responsibilities are to: Conduct final inspections Review project documents, and ensure all reporting and billing are accurate. Read the blueprints and installation drawings to direct the scope of work, troubleshoot system issues, and make sure everyone follows company and safety standards. JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician performs repairs and upgrades to the interior and exterior of SoLa multi-family rental properties. Inspectors set their own appointment schedule   What’s the pay?   We pay a flat rate for inspections; this is not hourly work. Base rates at a 25-mile radius of your address begin at $45-$75 Out of area or larger inspection sites are paid based on your flat rate bid for the inspection. We pay monthly via ACH direct to your US based bank account.
