Perform modifications and new designs with use of blueprints, electrical, electronics, welding, torch, lathe work, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pipe fittings. Modify, repair and install equipment as required. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and procedures, such as GMP, HACCP, and work and safety rules. Perform other duties as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Must possess the following experience: Electrical up to 480 VAC, 3 phase; electronics; welding: ARC, mig, tig; torch cutting and heating; metal lathe work; hydraulics; plumbing; excellent mechanical skills; and pneumatics. Experience in Industrial wiring and controls; adjustable voltage/frequency drives; and PLC Control Logix systems preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of employees. Ability to maintain positive awareness of quality assurance and safety.
