In this role, you will have the opportunity to not only do preventative maintenance, but also to repair and troubleshoot issues. Pay Rate: $26-$30 depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday 2:30PM to 10:30 PM Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on bakery production equipment, including mixers, ovens, proofers, conveyors, packaging equipment, and refrigeration units. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues, minimizing downtime to maintain production schedules. Ensure that all equipment is operating within the set safety and efficiency parameters.
