Main traits needed are mechanical aptitude and proficiency, professionalism, mechanical passion, shop production efficiency, punctuality and positive disposition. Will give a certain amount of training on the specifics of cars we work on and specialty jobs we perform: like Subaru conversions, transmission conversions, solar auxiliary power installs and many other CUSTOM and ORIGINAL work we perform. Specific engine, electrical, suspension, brake upgrades, but mechanical proficiency and efficiency are expected.
