Working within the Facilities Services Department, the Maintenance Assistant PM provides preventive, routine, and on-demand maintenance services for Institute functions during business and evening hours. Performs daily inspections, maintenance repairs, and upkeep of campus owned and leased properties as directed. Ensures that all work order requests are processed in a timely manner, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Previous facilities maintenance experience required, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building construction. This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $20.91 - $25.63 per hour. Core Responsibilities: Performs daily inspection, maintenance repairs, and overall upkeep of MIIS owned and leased properties as directed including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building construction completing repairs as needed.
