Description

We have an immediate need for a Full Time Physical Therapist in the Philadelphia area. KeystoneCare is a Home Health Agency that meets and exceeds patient's therapeutic needs in their homes. Under the supervision of the Director of Therapies, the Home Health Physical Therapist consults, evaluates and provides professional physical and rehabilitative therapy to patients of all ages in their homes, as prescribed by the physician. The Physical Therapist is a specialist in preserving functional capacity or re-establishing function in disorders of the musculoskeletal, neuro-muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory, and integument systems.  Treatment is aimed at relieving pain and developing or restoring muscle strength, coordination, endurance, range of motion, and motor skill consistent with the functional capacity and individual needs of each patient. The Physical Therapist is responsible for maintaining high standards for care as established by the profession and according to their level of knowledge and experience.
