Manager, Operations Creative Crowdfunding Protocol is seeking a proactive and strategic Manager, Operations to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our small but mighty organization runs smoothly across internal operations, budgeting, tooling, and global team support. Reporting to the CEO, this person will be the connective tissue across functions—ideal for someone who thrives in a generalist role and wants to help scale an ambitious, mission-driven organization.  **This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Northern CA, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles or those who can easily travel there for ad hoc meetings with the CEO as needed.** The salary range in this role in the United States is $140,000 - 150,000 About Us Creative Crowdfunding Protocol is building the “AWS for Crowdfunding”. The future of work belongs to creators and small businesses, and we are building the tools and data/payment protocols for innovative funding mechanisms that will connect creators and crowdfunding platforms to a worldwide pool of backers, uniting the fragmented liquidity in creative communities and niche markets. We aim to 10x the current crowdfunding market cap worldwide, and we are looking for a person who is energized by the mission to create this ecosystem of creative entrepreneurs and crowdfunding platforms. In this role, you will: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless coordination across Finance, HR, and internal communications. Manage global contractor relationships, onboarding processes, and operational support, and recruiting. Maintain and update company-wide budget tracking in collaboration with leadership and Finance. Own the company’s suite of tools and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Plan and coordinate remote team gatherings, offsites, and virtual collaboration practices. Implement operational systems and processes to support a growing, fully-distributed global team. Serve as a key thought partner to the CEO on company-wide priorities and cross-functional initiatives. About You You’ve managed the internal operations of a startup or small company, including human resources and finance, with comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing many hats. You have experience supporting B2B or SaaS teams, ideally in remote-first environments. You are passionate about creative ecosystems, crowdfunding, open-source, and web3 technologies. You’ve worked with remote and global teams and understand the nuances of asynchronous work, cultural differences, and time zone coordination. You are a systems thinker with excellent organizational skills, and you're energized by solving logistical puzzles that help people do their best work.

Service Associate - Base Operations
We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Service Associate (Base Operations) to support daily fleet operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for the daily upkeep of the vehicles, with tasks such as cleaning, fueling, and ensuring the test site is organized and presentable for operations. Within the Base Operations (BaseOps) team, you'll help ensure that vehicles meet regulatory requirements per provided guidance. You'll also support the company's parts team in organizing and transporting spare parts inventory and help its driving team, Alpha Operations, with their operational testing needs. Rate: $25 per hour This role is based in Austin, TX, and offers the following schedules: Thursday-Monday 2:00PM-10:30PM Wednesday-Sunday 10:00PM-6:30AM As a Maintenance Mechanic, your responsibilities include: Primary: Supporting company milestones and optimizing drive operations across multiple locations. Ensure the vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use.  Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment. Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.
