Position:  Community Association Manager Location: Carlsbad CA Department: Community Management Supervisor: Clint McClure President    MMI-McClure Management Inc. has a wonderful opportunity for a full time Community Association Manager for our growing San Diego Area Portfolio.   JOB DESCRIPTION  The ideal candidate will be someone who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team. We need someone who is punctual, reliable and ready to learn our methods in providing exceptional service in our industry. We need a motivated professional that will consistently provide exceptional service internally to your firm as well as external customer service to our clients.   Great opportunity for someone looking for growth opportunities working in a well established management firm. Each Community Manager has complete responsibility for managing the assigned portfolio of associations. Display integrity, loyalty, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times with co-workers and clients. Maintain the highest degree of professionalism in all aspects when interfacing with board members and homeowners and through materials created for each community.   Requirements Duties and Responsibilities:   Manage a portfolio of associations as assigned by management Resolve issues as reported by board members and homeowners Guide, mentor, and assist the respective Board of Directors to make sound, prudent, and lawful business decisions Complete all daily, monthly, and annual deliverables as scheduled Attend and facilitate board and annual meetings Review all Association financial statements on a monthly basis Prepare a Management and Directors’ Report for each Board meeting   Qualifications, Education and/ or Experience: • Minimum of two (2) years community association management experience • Proven ability to manage associations to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors • College degree preferred. Pete's RV is looking for an experienced technician who is able to diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul (RVs) recreational vehicles including travel trailers. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.
