Caretaker position, Home, or Farm (Washington Idaho Area)

Experienced Caretaker looking for a new position in exchange for adequate room, cabin, rv ect. Photos and referral are from my last caretaker position. My experience (not limited to) *Spring clean-up, maintaining lawn, flower beds, roadway, application of herbicides, pest control. Snow removal ect. * Operating, maintaining and repair of equipment and tools *General maintenance. * General Security on property. A little about me. I currently work part time as a Security Officer in Spokane. 64 year old straight clean cut male, 6' 210, good physical condition, non smoker, light drinker, no drugs including Marijuana. No criminal record, clean driving record, valid Wash drivers license, reliable transportation. I can pass any drug test or background check to include FBI, WSP, Sheriff, local PD.
