We are seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to work with our maintenance team at Hartland Station – a 131-unit multifamily community located in Atlanta, GA. What are we looking for? We are looking for a Porter/Groundskeeper that possesses high energy and good communication paired with outstanding customer service. What are my responsibilities as a Wendover Porter? Responsibilities You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildings You will remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily and from trash chutes to compactor daily or more You will assist in the preparation of make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments prior to makeready You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner You will assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models You will assist in the troubleshooting/repair of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems You will report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor You will assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc. You will assist with the overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops ***This job description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks.
