Production Managers at LandCare are crucial members of our operations team. Production Managers lead the frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while creating beautiful landscapes that inspire our clients. This position oversees production planning, cost estimation, materials procurement, and is directly involved with the hiring and training of crew members. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Landscape Quality and Efficiency Partner with Account Manager and clients to perform landscape quality audits to review landscape quality, task execution, identify maintenance needs, and recommend enhancement opportunities Create detailed job service plans for each client using LandCare’s Aspire software system Provide production planning, oversight and guidance to supervisors and team members on client jobsites to drive customer satisfaction with timely and effective service Identify opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members Understand and contribute to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including management of labor and materials costs and review of financial reports and results Promoting Culture, Training, and Safety Oversee hiring and staffing needs of the business to ensure teams are appropriately staffed Demonstrate ongoing leadership of a safety-oriented culture and hold all team members accountable for following safety procedures Educate and train crew members on a variety of safety topics Continuously mentor supervisors to lead teams and develop crew member talent Benefits Besides the great team environment and the ability to work outside, we also have a strong benefits package for our team members: Competitive base salary Team based profit sharing program 401K for all employees with 3.5% company match Company-provided vehicle Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid Time Off Policy + 9 corporate holidays Formal training and development program

Job Description Summary We are seeking a dedicated Floating Groundskeeper to join our team at two conventional apartment communities, Townfair Apartments (265 units) and Mountain High Apartments (112 units) located in Gresham, OR. This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the inspection of the property and all common areas each morning to detect maintenance problems that require attention. Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the trash, scrub the floors, disinfect hallways, community room, and leasing office Patrols grounds daily for the removal of litter and clean entryways and stairwells, paying special attention to pool areas, areas in front of the leasing office, models, and mail areas, and report repairs needed to the Leasing Office/work order. Handles all chemicals, including pool chemicals (if applicable), safely and responsibly Performs trash-out duties in vacated apartments as requested. Removes all abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing high end projects or Golf course maintenance. The Landscape Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of landscaping projects for all Nocatee properties. This role involves managing a landscape team, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining client relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all landscape maintenance work is completed properly, timely, and safely. Supervise and oversee the daily coordination of lawn maintenance personal, irrigation technicians and subcontractors working for the District. The ideal candidates must have good knowledge of turf grass, plant material, and horticultural practices. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Requirements Position Requirements One year of Horticulture experience preferred. Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, irrigation systems, and pest management. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management. Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
