Hiring bonus of $500! Apply Today! Fantastic Sams is a full-service hair care salon for the whole family. Our stylists are expected to provide excellent customer service and delight clients with excellent hair styling services that ensure frequent repeat visits. We are a privately owned franchise that provides a flexible and fun working environment. Our small salon is growing and as we grow, we expect to pass the benefits along to our team in the form of bi-weekly bonuses (depending on meeting PPH and revenue targets). We are closed for major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Responsibilities: - Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair - Apply color theory knowledge to create customized hair colors for clients - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyles and provide recommendations - Mentor and train junior stylists in hair styling techniques and best practices - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Skills: - Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling - Knowledge of color theory and ability to create customized hair colors - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs - Ability to mentor and train junior stylists in hair styling techniques - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience for clients Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
