Commission structure: 40% to 46% of service revenue. Estimated earnings range: $47-51 per hour based on typical services volume. Massage Therapist - Part-time and full-time Rate of Pay: 35% commission + $7.00/hour on Spa services, and 10% commission on Spa products sold.
