Seeking strategic Finance Director to support our lean FP&A team. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will help enable data-driven decisioning across the business. Significant first-hand engagement with the full C-suite of a Nasdaq-listed public company.  This is an ideal fit for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced, challenging startup-like environment, while wanting to join a fun and collaborative team. You will be collaborating with a group of highly skilled and driven individuals, who thrive on building a great business and company culture.  Responsibilities:  Maintain financial + business KPI reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) for managerial decisioning  Analyze trends and present insights to senior management team Work with department heads to surface critical business trends and actionable opportunities to drive growth  Perform ongoing holistic performance assessments to dictate strategy Develop appropriate performance goals for the business and key personnel Own annual and quarterly budget and forecast processes  Develop and maintain reporting packages for the board of directors, investor relations, and Requirements A minimum of 8+ years of Financial Analysis experience Investment banking, consulting, or FP&A experience preferred Advanced Excel, database management, and PowerPoint skills Experience developing and maintaining three statement financial models Effective at communicating with leaders with varying degrees of financial acumen Strong curiosity and interest in digital marketing, tech, media Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance A self-starter with excellent work ethic and stellar communication skills An ability to take on a diverse array of projects  Must be able to work in a hybrid work model, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week Fluent, Inc. This is a non-personal services task order to provide Program and Grant Management Support Services that shall support Near Eastern Affairs Assistance Coordination Office. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Program and Grant Management Professional Support Services   Job Description: The contractor shall support U.S. Government representatives in all stages of the award process to ensure efficient and accurate communication with grantees/implementers. The contractor shall have the technical ability for activities communicating with the grantee during the pre-award phase on behalf of the Grant Officer (GO) and Project Officer (PO), organizing meetings between POs, GOs and grantees, providing technical assistance during award execution, assisting with award closeout, working on grant compliance activities, assisting in grant reviews and responding formally to grant and NOFO inquiries from current and potential vendors.   During the pre-award phase, NEA advertises requests for applications or Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) and receives multiple application responses, each of which needs to be logged and organized to be distributed to reviewers. Once applications are logged, review panels are developed, where the contract shall be responsible for organizing and overseeing the aspects of the review panel process. The GMS will be responsible for tracking submissions, organizing the review panels, compiling questions, and working with Grants and Program Officers to collect and consolidate responses and compile additional internal communications. Each panel will require logistical support which may include travel organization and scheduling, researching, and recommending meeting spaces, ensuring supplies are provided and available to participants, communicating with all panel members as well as grantee candidates and selectees throughout the panel process and after award.
