Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, experience in construction accounting, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and optimize financial performance.
