The swine caretaker performs various daily tasks related to farrowing, raising, caring for, and general cleaning of the farm, ensuring the health and well-being of the pigs. Farm locations with possible open positions: Harrells, NC Roseboro, NC Clarkton, NC Tar Heel, NC White Oak, NC Lillington/Sanford, NC Requirements Must be able to work alternate weekends. Monitor animal environment, health, and well-being. Feed and care for pigs according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall order of the farm. Follow all safety regulations and operating procedures. Move animals and apply proper handling and husbandry techniques. Record and manage traceability data and required documentation. Check supplies and report or correct operational issues. Operate and maintain equipment and facilities in good condition. Actively participate in teamwork and support other assigned tasks. ADA Requirements: Ability to walk, bend, stoop, climb, perform repetitive motions, see and distinguish colors, hear, and lift up to 50 pounds (approximately 23 kg).
