Responsibilities: Serve as a software developer on a multi-disciplinary AGILE team Demonstrate expertise in C++, Python, and/or Java, comfortable with software design and architecture Deploy and maintain software products across multiple environments with various levels of security classification Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, present status, engage in program-level meetings and processes Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science and 4+ years of professional experience At least four years of professional experience and fluency in C++, Python, and/or Java Knowledge of and comfortability working on Linux The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills   Candidates who have any of the following skills will be preferred An active DoD TOP SECRET clearance An advanced degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science Professional experience with the exploitation and analysis of OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, RF, or other remotely sensed or aerospace data Professional experience with Scrum or Agile software development Experience with CI/CD process automation and deploying with Jenkins, Gitlab, or similar Experience with unit testing in C++, Python, and/or Java Experience with integration and system-level testing with a microservice architecture Experience implementing real-time data processing software Experience working at various levels of classification - UNCLASSSIFIED, SECRET, TOP SECRET, and cross-domain Experience with application containerization and orchestration with docker, docker-compose, postman, Kubernetes, etc. *Resumes, Cover Letters, and Applications which are generated by AI will not be considered for employment. Ability to work remotely (from home) and independently. Capable to perform visual inspections of exterior facades (from scaffolds and fire escapes) and preparation of the inspection reports including FISP/LL11 reports Ability to inspect and identify deterioration of the various types of the exterior facades Ability to produce a full set of facade repair drawings, details, bid forms, and specifications Construction Administration, including review of the AIA payment applications and change orders Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time Track the construction schedule and budget Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel Scaffold certification and OSHA 10 hour certification are preferred, otherwise must complete within three months from the date of hire, fees are covered by the Company Salary depends on qualifications and experience - $65,000 - $100,000

An immediate position is open for a Project Administrator at an established HVAC company in Brooklyn NY. Duties and preferred requirements: Oversee HVAC projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and schedule work with general contractors and/or customers. Attend meetings on site. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, employees and other sub-contractors on job sites. Oversee work progression by piping and sheet metal mechanics to ensure scheduled completion of job is on track. Ascertain and coordinate job site requirements with regards to equipment, tools, material and labor with the Engineer. Communicate and resolve with management any issues occurring at job sites. Prepare, release and track purchase orders for equipment and material for job sites. Ensure equipment and material deliveries are accurate and complete. Schedule delivery of equipment to job sites and oversee installation. Take field measurements, report on variances and make any adjustments needed. Submit and track submittals and change orders. Create and track RFIs. Prepare and submit close out documents as requested by customers. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to read CAD drawings. CAD drafting experience a PLUS. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner. Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment supervised or independently. Must be dependable and detail oriented.
