In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and reliability of our clean energy assets across the region. This is a field-heavy position requiring a hands-on leader who can manage technicians, ensure safety compliance, and drive system performance. If you're passionate about renewable energy and thrive in dynamic, field-based environments, we want to hear from you.  Location: Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or San Diego County preferred)  This role requires extensive travel through California—up to 100%. You will be expected to travel to job sites five days per week, with frequent overnight stays based on the distance between your home location and the assigned sites. Position Summary  We are seeking a hands-on and technically proficient O&M Technician with 5–8 years of experience in the solar and renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will lead operations and maintenance activities for commercial and utility-scale PV systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).  This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, field coordination experience, and the ability to optimize system performance while ensuring safety and compliance across all assets.
