Responsible for defining and delivering Yardi custom report developing/writing projects. The position calls for strong project management skills and demonstrated knowledge of Yardi software concepts, DB schema, SQL, YSR, Report Scheduler, SSRS and other applicable tools. Experience working within property management, real estate, accounting, or other technical industries is highly desired. Responsibilities include Develop custom Yardi reports using SQL, YSR, SSRS, custom analytics, report scheduler and other Yardi and SQL reporting tools. Maintain and modify a suite of custom excel reports using Visual Basic. Work with senior leadership to identify gaps in reporting and define/create reporting solutions to solve those issues. Assist with new product rollouts by reviewing existing custom and standard reporting and modifying or creating new reports as needed. Document and forms management, including creation and modification as needed within Yardi systems or forms directory. Provide backup support for Yardi troubleshooting when needed. Preferred Experience Five-plus years of Yardi Report writing development experience in all modules. Advanced SQL and Excel skills. Experience supporting and training users on report usage. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, real estate, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. Other Desired Skills Experience working in property management. The ability to create custom tools as needed in support of the Accounting and HR teams. These could include web-based applications or integrations with new software’s. Additional Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The salary range for this position is $60-70/per hr. FLSA-Exempt. Cybersecurity Analyst – Santa Ana Sierra Cybernetics is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst, experienced with cybersecurity infrastructure, methodologies, and tools, to work for us in support of our City of Santa Ana client. The Cybersecurity Analyst position is located within the City’s Information Technology Department and reports to the Information Security Officer. (The Cybersecurity Analyst does not perform supervisory duties.) This position will start as a relatively lower mid level Analyst, initially requiring hands-on administration of the City’s cybersecurity posture (infrastructure and processes), leading to acquisition of cybersecurity applications and tools, then development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures, toward transition into a Cybersecurity Officer role. This is NOT a senior level position, but is also NOT an intern or junior position – it is a growth opportunity for an ambitious and passionate cybersecurity analyst with enough experience to take on responsibility from day one, looking to grow into a strong cybersecurity career. Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or related field 3. Hold at least one of the following certifications: a. Global Information Assurance Certification Security Essentials (GSEC); b. CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) or Security+; c. Cisco Security Certification CCNA, or CCNA Cyber Ops d. Other related industry accepted certification 4. Understands common protocols such as: DHCP, LDAP, SNMP, SMTP, HTTP, SSL. 5. Demonstrates strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, best practice and tools. Desirable Skills 1.
