Booklog is looking for a level 1 – 3 technical support individual. This position is to provide outstanding technical support for Booklog software and various interfaces along with onboarding of new customers, testing of software and training on usage of software. We’re looking for a motivated individual to be part of our committed team. We need to be the experts so our customers don’t have to. Located in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood; telecommuting is available. I run a software company that develops software for an open-source project called OpenEMR, an application that runs medical clinics, hospitals, and other medical organizations. I am looking for a part-time 20 hours per month junior developer to assist me and my company with completing tasks for OpenEMR. As time progresses this has the ability to turn into more hours. You would be a 1099 contractor for my company.
