The hourly rate is $17 to $27 depending on experience. Onsite work is required. We are using OpenCV, Tensorflow, Pytorch, MySQL database, Xcode for our product development, experience in these fields are plus. We’re building the intelligence platform to help busy homeowners manage their houses (HeyDoma) — repairs, maintenance, and all the random stuff in between. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, curious, good with people, and has enough technical chops to get into the code and the data. You could be a great fit if: - You enjoy talking with customers and figuring out what they actually need — not just what they say. - You’re comfortable doing some light manual labor (e.g., helping survey a floor, walking through a house, talking with homeowners, taking photos, putting together a report on site). CS Degree required but you don’t need to be a full-time active developer, but you need to: - Read, interpret, debug, and improve code. - Understand code architecture and contribute meaningfully. - You can “vibe code” — meaning, you understand what’s going on and can make improvements without needing hand-holding. - You’re excited to go deep on Databricks: uploading data, building apps, managing pipelines, writing notebooks, all of it. - You’re good working on a team of 3–4 people, doing whatever is needed — whether it’s data alignment, business ops, product testing, or customer interviews. - You like working on something that actually helps people and has real-world impact. We are a large value driven VAR working with over 1000 clients in the US. Who I'm Looking For: Someone with ERP Experience with Order Entry, Quote Forms, Purchase Order, and Inventory Transactions. Programming in Visual Studio, using Blazor Forms, C#, Radzen, and SQL Stored Procedures. Full Stack Developer. This is because much of our platform will be looking at accounting data for AI to analyze. Being in business for 45 years we have much of the code written but need to expand and add new features. We currently are using components from Radzen. Ability to work with Visual Studio, Visual Code. We have 50 percent of the AI Chat Bot written. Mostly this is about forming SQL tables with memories, chat history, and other data. You should have some knowledge with Agents. We already have the connections on our chatbot to a local LLM which we are training using vectoring and advanced learning. We have API connections to Open Chat GPT. We are working on connections to Watson, and Grok. You need to know how to work with MS SQL Express and create tables. You should feel comfortable working with API, even if in a teaching environment. Most of the technology is changing so your ability to learn and grasp new ideas is the main feature we need, and of course be a good logical thinking person who can understand how objects work and put them together in working logical format Are you located in Massachusetts (Greater Boston, MetroWest, Worcester County, or similar). The First Project Milestone: Set up a secure Azure server Create a simple webpage. Upload a PDF (store it for future AI use) Create simple memory notes (simulated database entries) Connect the site to OpenAI (for basic chatbot testing) Authenticate with Open AI in Linux, close all ports, setup server and AI Send a prompt to Open AI Receive and Display the Answer from Open AI Write a Pytorch add-on to add pdf files to AI Model Add a text box for adding to memories of AI Model Create the database (MDB) or other, for storing this data, secure and encrypted. Test functionality and confirm uploads and chat work Target: About 20–40 hours total. (Work over a few days or spread out over a week — flexible.) We are seeking an experienced Google Street View Photographer who can help us capture and upload high-resolution 360° imagery for neighborhoods and city streets in Southern California. About the role: We are refreshing and expanding Street View coverage for selected cities. You will be responsible for operating 360° camera equipment mounted on a vehicle, capturing data, and uploading processed imagery to Google Street View at scale.
