About the Role As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and quality of our software. You’ll work closely with our development, product, and compliance teams to execute both automated and manual testing processes, maintain test documentation, and assist in compliance-related activities. Your day-to-day work will involve running Rainforest QA tests, performing manual exploratory testing, and collaborating with engineers to improve our automated test coverage. What You’ll Do - Execute and maintain Rainforest QA test suites, ensuring automated tests cover critical application functionality. - Perform manual testing to validate new features and identify edge cases that automated tests may miss. - Work with developers to reproduce, document, and track tickets in JIRA. - Assist the Compliance Officer in reviewing software changes for security and compliance concerns. - Maintain and improve test documentation, ensuring accurate test plans and test cases. - Provide clear and detailed test reports to help drive development decisions. - Participate in regression testing before releases to ensure stability. - Assist the support team and respond to customer support requests.
