We are looking for Field Network Technicians to provide network and IT services for over 500 customers supporting network installation, troubleshooting, and break fix services. Candidates need to be customer driven. Effective communication/documentation skills and attention to detail are vital in this role. Must be able to travel within a 350 mile radius of the Metro Omaha Area. Minimum of one year experience installing low voltage cable. Minimum of one year experience in restoring services by troubleshooting and replacing failed components. Computer skills including configuring network gear and using Microsoft Office. Technical and interpersonal skills working with Network Operations Centers. Ability to be on-call on a rotating schedule with other team members. Must have a basic laptop and telecom hand tools or the ability to get them.
