This role requires hands-on experience with structured cabling, network design, and routing, as well as the ability to lead installations in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in low voltage systems and network infrastructure, and will have previously held a leadership position such as job foreman or project lead. A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability is expected in this role. We support small to mid-size financial services firms, legal offices, and other professional clients throughout NYC. This is a hands-on role that combines remote support with on-site visits—mostly in Manhattan. You’ll be part of a small, experienced team managing networks, servers, and cloud systems across multiple clients. We offer a hybrid schedule with a mix of work-from-home and on-site client support.
