Civil/Highway CADD Designer

Anderson Engineering of MN, LLC, is seeking a Senior Survey CADD Technician to support our diverse project team in Plymouth, MN on a variety of local, State and Federal projects throughout the United States. In addition to survey projects, this role involves working on cross-disciplinary project teams including civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, environmental and landscape architecture. This is an office position but occasional assistance in the field may be required. Responsibilities Support the survey team by producing certificates of survey, as-builts documents, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, final plat documents and field computations for survey field crews. Perform first-level QA/QC checks for completeness. As a Drafter Designer in the Design and Engineering department, you will play a vital role in supporting our client’s cutting-edge design and manufacturing initiatives. Pay Range $36 to $40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Position Drafter Designer Schedule requires on-site presence five days a week. Responsibilities Prepare detailed drawings and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and structural components using AutoCAD and SolidWorks (or equivalent software). Revise and update existing engineering drawings and models based on feedback or design changes. Ensure that all drawings adhere to company and industry standards and best practices. Manage and organize electronic files and documentation related to drafting and design projects. Assist in developing bills of materials (BOMs) and supporting documents for manufacturing. Conduct design reviews and provide technical input to improve design processes and efficiencies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, CAD software, and best practices. Other duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Drafter Designer or similar role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design software. The After Care Program Coordinator oversees all aspects of the after-school program for students in Early Childhood through 8th grade, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment aligned with the mission of SHA. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to create meaningful afterschool programming. Hours are 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday; Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Supervision Plan, organize, and oversee daily after care activities, ensuring they are age-appropriate, inclusive, and engaging for EC–8 students.
