LEGAL CLASSIFIED NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #1225 WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD WORKFORCE INNOVATION and OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) PRE-APPRENTICESHIP CONSTRUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM SERVICES The Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) Workforce Development Board of Contra Costa County (WDBCCC) announces Request for Proposals (RFP) #1225 to provide Pre-apprenticeship Training Program and Placement Services targeting low-income individuals with barriers to employment in Contra Costa County. Up to $300,000 of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding is being made available. Successful Bidders will provide a broad range of practical job and life-skills to better equip participants to succeed in their education and career endeavors. Bid proposals are due August 22, 2025.
