Typical Duties: 1) Perform a variety of manual or laboring tasks such as maintaining all Village roads and properties which includes clean and clear all debris from roads during a storm, asphalt repair, Belgium block and concrete curb, repair and rebuild catch basins and drainage pipes, cut grass, trim trees and bushes, weeding and mulching, planting of flowers and plants and snow plowing in connection with and or in addition to the operation of equipment including loading and unloading of equipment and supplies. 2) Operate intermediate construction vehicles such as small dump trucks and pickup trucks. 3) Operate and maintain automotive equipment and power equipment such as trucks, SUV, payloaders, backhoe loader, roller, lawn mowers and blowers, snowplows and salters, compressor, line paint applicator and remover, all power equipment owned by the Village. 4) Must be available during emergencies Qualifications: 1) Completion of twelve grade education 2) Must possess a CDL (B) license or CDL permit or obtain one within 6 months of being hired 3) Clean driving record 4) Must pass a pre-employment physical

This position plays a critical role in enabling Mission Assurance (MA) and Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) programs across the SOF Enterprise. TL will serve as the on-site lead for all contractor personnel under this requirement, ensuring effective execution of day-to-day integration, training, and mission support activities. Key Responsibilities: As Task Lead (TL): Serve as the primary contractor interface with the Government Technical Representative and COR. Oversee all assigned contractor personnel, manage workload distribution, address performance concerns, and maintain contract compliance. Provide immediate notification of personnel vacancies and take corrective actions to fill positions with fully qualified staff per contract requirements. As Senior MA/AT SME: Support the operational implementation and execution of SOCOM’s MA/AT program. Deliver government-developed and approved MA/AT training to SOF components and stakeholders. Conduct Force Protection (FP) risk assessments and security engineering analysis. Prepare technical cost-benefit assessments and engineering-based mitigation plans. Execute Vulnerability Assessment and Protection Option (VAPO) analysis or equivalent simulation/modeling solutions. Manage data within the Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS). Contribute to readiness reporting via the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS). Requirements Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: Candidates must meet one of the following: Option A: Master of Science in Engineering with 3+ years of MA/AT or DCIP-related risk management experience. Option B: Security or Antiterrorism-focused Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in: Blast analysis and mitigation Infrastructure engineering Risk management Option C: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering with 6+ years of MA/AT or DCIP risk management experience. Additional Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DoD Security Engineering, per UFC 04-020 series. 5+ years of experience in VAPO analysis and Force Protection planning. 10+ years of experience supporting, working with, or embedded in USSOCOM or a subordinate SOF organization. 10+ years of experience preparing senior-level written products for GO/FO/SES decision-makers. Active DoD Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility (no exceptions).
