LOW Milage 06 Honda Element EX-P 4WD - $7,199 (Seattle)

Service records from 16k miles, with new 100k service recently performed. I purchased new Struts & suspension components to install & now have to move so forcing sale of a vehicle I purchased intending to last 10 years. Currently rear struts have been upgraded with KYB, and more parts will be replaced before sale. Sale includes all remaining parts pictures. This car was purchased in 2008 with a salvaged title after being crashed and restored by the initial owner . The second owner use his car to drive every other year from Seattle to Arizona, it is rust free and has been serviced by five Honda since 2013 with records provided in sale.. as the third owner. I performed the hundred K service and used Klein Honda of Everett to perform the valve timing adjustment, spark plugs and the tech valve so annoyed replacement at 119,000 miles.. what I performed myself was rep replacing the cabin filters, flushing the radiator and flushing the transmission with 11 quarts of fluid. I have also replaced the rear hatch struts, and all interior lights to LED. As well as some carpets you may or may not like. The car does have noticeable paint fading on the top, which was painted black by the second owner, and I have priced as the lowest priced Honda element under 160,000 miles for that reason. As the weeks go on I will continue to chip away at the ball joints, tie rods, and sway bar bushings. Hoping to sell by 9/7. Looking forward to talking further.
