This amazing Van could be lived in full-time, off-grid. It literally has everything you need. This van runs great and was custom built and has the following amenities: Sink with running water. (There is a sink drain to a 5-gallon grey water tank.) Bed platform can be Twin, Double or Queen depending on how foam pads are arranged. Underneath the bed platform is a large storage area. Pivoting front passenger seat for more sitting options inside the living area (Or, turn to front for use as a secure and safe passenger seat.) Refrigerator/Freezer with 12 Volt/110AC/Solar options. Butane cooking stove. High velocity MaxxFan in ceiling was installed in 2022. Solar Panels were installed in 2022. (Two panels of 150 watts each.) Jackery 500W solar battery (Offers USB, 110 plug-in, and 12-volt connections). The solar panels charge this battery fully unless there's a couple of days of heavy clouds. This runs everything in the van. It will not support a microwave, A/C or a heater, though. If you need A/C or heat, just start the van and run it for a couple of minutes with the A/C or heater on. I am also including a portable solar panel system that can be set up anywhere outside and connected to the Jackery to charge it. Stealth electric outlet for plugging into shore power when desired. (Great for running a heater without using the solar or van batteries.) One 5 gallon fresh-water tank. There is room for a second fresh-water tank if you want. Stansport Easy-Go Portable Camp Toilet. Solar Shower Complete Towing package with professionally installed brake controller. (Cost $900 and Van tows about 6000 lbs.) Radio Ice-Cold AC and a great heater. 20-inch-tall high fiberglass top was installed by Fiberine Co. in Long Beach, CA in 2022. This includes 5/8-inch plywood ceiling reinforcement in the roof, which will hold up to 350 lbs. This resulted in all the beautiful wood finish along the upper areas and the ceiling of the van having to be removed. This has not been replaced so the inside of the upper portions of the van can be upgraded by installing insulation and wood or carpet. Fiberine suggested that the new top that was installed should be painted at some point. I have not yet done so. The lower walls of the van have the highest quality insulation. The lower walls of the van have bamboo and wood paneling and a clean carpet. The upper walls of the van have a somewhat temporary shelving system installed along the sides. The shelving works great, but you may want to customize it to your liking. I am including a storage cover for the van. You might need a lot of bungee cords to tighten up the cover, as the size of the cover was as close as I could come to the size of the van. It is a little larger than the van. I have a couple of boxes of miscellaneous stuff that I used in the van when I was travelling. You are welcome to have all or none of it if you want. I purchased the Ford F-150 Econoline van in late 2021. The inside had already been converted to a campervan when I purchased it. It had 105,000 miles on the odometer. I had it completely gone through mechanically. All fluids were flushed, topped off, etc., spark plugs were replaced, ball joints and wheel bearings were replaced, fuel pump was replaced. Last oil change was in March of 2023 at 121,000 miles. I have all the paperwork. The van is 10 feet tall with the high-top and the solar panels. Be VERY careful to remember this as you are driving it! The van could use an oil change, new tires and a new windshield. It has some cosmetic paint issues that you might want to take care of. It's up to you. It is being sold AS IS, of course. The van drives great! It has been very reliable. I have driven it back and forth from the Palm Springs area to the Quartzsite Arizona area to the Seattle area over the last couple of years and it has never let me down. It is very comfortable for one person to live in. Two people can feel a bit on the cramped side after a couple of days. I would drive this van across the country tomorrow without hesitation. It is a strong vehicle--known to commonly reach over 300K miles. Very reliable and easy to drive. Save thousands on hotels, visit friends and family without needing to take up a room, or go camping anytime. The reason I am selling is that my life and lifestyle has now changed and I no longer want to be as footloose and free to travel on a whim as I was for years. I hope whoever buys the van has as much fun and as many adventures as I have had while owning it. It has a clean title, registered in California. I would have renewed the California registration in January of 2025, but California requires a California smog test every other year and the van has been located in Washington for the last two years. Because it is a modified vehicle, I have used AAA for auto insurance. AAA has specific insurance for RVs and other types of modified/converted/unusual vehicles. I am asking $35,000 OBO for the High-Top Camper Van. That's how much money I have invested in the van and feel that is a fair amount to ask for such a unique and versatile vehicle. Please text or email me if you are interested in purchasing this wonderful van. I will be so sorry to see it go on down the road, sigh....
