2003 Land Rover Discovery - Low miles! Needs some work - $2,400 (hayward / castro valley)

Hello - I am selling a family member's Land Rover as it is not being used. This could be an excellent "project car" for someone with some experience with these types of vehicles. First the bad news: the vehicle had it's 2 catalytic converters stolen about a year ago, so it is non-operable. Because it hasn't been driven, it does not start. There is a muffler shop in Hayward that said they can install new universal mufflers for $1,700 for both. It started and drove well prior to this. Also, there is a dent in the front driver's side panel which tilted the front bumper. There is chipped paint, and other wear throughout. See pictures. The good news is that there is only 79K miles on the engine! This is an iconic model with tons of room and windows throughout the vehicle. The car will be re-registered by a family member by 8/7 so it the paperwork can transfer anytime after this. Buyer will need to arrange the vehicle to be towed to their destination.
