Identifying mission critical vulnerabilities, assess risk to mission, and provide mitigation strategies to decision makers. Understanding and applying DoD policy requirements for sensitive activities and apply to operations, training and force development. Applying identity management protocols to assess risk to personnel and missions and provide mitigation strategies to decision makers. Maintaining currency on key technologies and capabilities, to include ubiquitous technical surveillance, that impact Space Force missions. Developing and maintaining familiarity working within the Joint Community (processes, structure, C2, etc.). Conducting risk analysis to inform Combatant Command leadership decisions. Conducting open-source research, as directed by the client, in preparation for mission analysis and threat assessments. Qualifications and Skills BA or BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is required. 10+ years of experience in construction management on projects for new construction, mechanical systems, renovations, upgrades or new fit-outs. Excels in administrative work for project processes and documentation and understands the importance thereof. Experience in the use of industry project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCADD, Revit, Procore, Kahua, etc. is preferred.
