Position Summary: As an Associate Dentist at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, you will play a pivotal role in providing quality care, fostering a positive office culture, and maintaining patient relationships. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to provide preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dental services in a group practice setting. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver hands-on patient care with an emphasis on preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dentistry Ensure the highest standard of care while following office protocols, policies, and procedures Promote oral health education and create personalized treatment plans Perform quality clinical evaluations, including diagnostic imaging and evaluations Work closely with Office Managers and support staff to maintain positive office culture and performance Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of clinical support staff, including hygienists and dental assistants Participate in daily huddles and collaborative team efforts to enhance the patient experience Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and dental board procedures Address patient concerns and provide empathetic, patient-centered care Assist with insurance denials, coding, credentialing, and other operational needs as needed Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance DEA license and current CPR certification Excellent interpersonal communication and patient service skills Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail A patient-centric, empathetic approach to dental care Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example Why Join Us? Registered Nurses-Day Shift 5,000 Sign on Bonus

Candidates hired for full-time night positions will receive a 7500k sign-on bonus, and full-time day positions will receive 5000k sign-0n. Our RN's are responsible for delivering quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients who are hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders, supporting the hospital and program philosophy of care, and ensure the safety and well-being of each patient by following our clinical guidelines as part of our comprehensive clinical treatment team. We offer 12 hour night shifts from 7pm-7am, and day shift is 7a-7p. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide direct care to patients, which includes facilitating social and emotional needs, supervising medication schedules and evaluating patient progress. Collaborate with a variety of interdisciplinary professionals to determine and provide the best possible care for their patients. Responsible for maintaining a safe environment on the unit. Provide social support for patients by creating and encouraging patients to take advantage of opportunities such as support groups, social activities and other therapeutic measures. Conducts intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives to gather case history. Plans and provides nursing care for patients. Makes nursing diagnosis of the medical and emotional status of patients and recommends treatment options. Consults with psychiatrists and other behavioral health staff in designing appropriate treatment plans for clients. Administers and notes reactions to psychotropic drugs and other medications. Arranges further medical attention when necessary. Assists the client in understanding the nature of emotional disturbances and accepting the need for treatment. Keep accurate written charts and records of patient activities and progress. Comply with laws, rules, regulations, protocols, and procedures. Use professional judgment to ascertain and to apply appropriate intervention techniques with patients in crisis. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patients.
