The associate attorney position can eventually become more hybrid with increased experience and ability to work with less supervision. -- Will receive active hands-on experience doing tasks such as handling non-complex cases, making remote and in-person appearances at Boards in the Inland Empire (SBR, RIV, POM), conducting depositions, summarizing records, and resolving liens. -- Employer paid benefits includes 100% paid HMO medical insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) profit-sharing plan, paid State Bar dues along with workers' compensation section dues, paid pre-approved MCLE classes, and free month-end staff lunches. -- Attorney starting salary of $85,000 with 2-4 merit increases during the first two years depending upon growth of the attorney's abilities. -- Will also consider J.D. graduates to work in a paralegal capacity while waiting for July 2025 California State Bar results. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products.
