SharePOSITION DESCRIPTION FOR -- Service Writer / Customer service Responsibilities: -Listening to the customer, writing down the problem they are having. -Writing service orders, preparing estimates, ordering parts, typing invoices. -Answering phones, and communicating clearly and politely with customers and vendors. -Communicating clearly and politely with customers and vendors in person. -Communicating clearly and politely with our own company personnel. -Projecting a professional manner in all dealings with customers and vendors. -Researching and ordering parts Requirements: -Must be able to communicate clearly, on the phone and in person. -Must be able to type and use a desktop computer. -Must be able to read and write the English language. ( Spanish language would be a plus ) -Must be reliable Having an interest in automobiles is preferred. WILL TRAIN The pay depends on experience. Full time position.
