Previous experience working in the construction industry or trades is required. Requirements: ● 2+ years’ experience working in the construction industry, preferably as a skilled laborer or tradesman. ● EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CONSTRUCTION OR TRADES IS A MUST. ● Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. ● A commitment to excellent customer service. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with prospective clients. ● Communicate to prospective clients in a understandable and clear way ● Strong people skills with friendly demeanor ● Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and the ability to recommend solutions. ● Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. ● Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. ● Outstanding organizational skills ● Strong attention to detail. ● Competency in office applications and a Google based environment.
