I’m a busy sales representative for a roofing contractor, managing jobs all across Los Angeles County. I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated personal assistant to ride along with me to appointments and help manage daily tasks. Job Details: 📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday (full-time) 📍 Location: All over Los Angeles County (must be comfortable driving around the city) 🚗 You’ll be riding with me to appointments – no need for your own vehicle during work hours. What You'll Be Doing: Riding with me to client appointments & job sites Assisting with follow-up emails and sending estimates Making calls to order materials & check deliveries Calling past, current, and potential clients Helping with crew scheduling & readiness Keeping my daily tasks on track and organized Spanish-speaking is a big plus (many clients and crew are Spanish-speaking) Ideal Candidate: Great phone & communication skills Comfortable with basic computer/email tasks Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred Organized and dependable Able to work on the go and adapt quickly Experience in roofing, construction, or sales is a bonus – but not required Compensation: Pay depends on experience.
