This is a hybrid role that blends customer-facing operational support with hands-on field installation work. You’ll play a critical role ensuring Bureau’s products are delivered, installed, and serviced smoothly, working closely with our Operations Lead USA and our trusted third-party install partners nationwide. This is not a desk-only job. You’ll split your time between planning and coordination, and rolling up your sleeves on-site to troubleshoot, install, and make sure every customer interaction ends with a “wow.” Key Responsibilities Field & Customer Support Lead and assist with booth builds, workspace fit-outs, and service calls on customer sites Troubleshoot installation issues in real time, ensuring customer satisfaction Operate vehicles (including box trucks) as needed to support deliveries and installations Serve as a professional, customer-facing representative of Bureau during every interaction Operations & Logistics Schedule and coordinate installations across customers, install partners, carriers, and warehouse teams Manage the installation calendar, proactively resolving conflicts or delays Partner with sales to confirm delivery estimates and communicate lead times Support warehouse operations and vendor coordination to ensure readiness for upcoming projects What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills & Qualities Ability to lift, move, and assist with installations of booths, office furniture, and related products Willingness and comfort with frequent travel and hands-on site work Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure during customer interactions Comfort working with tools and learning technical installation methods Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to switch between structured scheduling and dynamic fieldwork Valid driver’s license and ability to operate larger vehicles (training provided) Nice-to-Have Prior experience in field service, operations, logistics, or customer support Strong organizational and communication skills Experience working in a customer-facing environment where service quality mattered To Apply: Visit https://withbureau.com/us/careers
