Seasonal Customer Care Associate Department: Mail Order Reports To: Sabrina Pope, Manager, Online Sales & Customer Experience FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Essential Functions: • Learn about Fran’s products, pricing, and packaging. • Review and process mail orders online. • Print, collate, and notate paper order tickets and their attachments. • Take mail orders via phone using a headset. • Answer guest questions professionally via phone and take messages as needed. • Correspond professionally with guests via email. • Manage business gifting accounts. • Address and mail catalogs as requested. • Organize and restock office supplies as needed. • Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Prior customer service experience. • A keen eye for small details. • Flexibility to switch between tasks frequently. • Passion for assisting customers and colleagues. • A demonstrated ability to build working relationships with individuals of various ages, cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds and abilities. • Ability and aptitude with Microsoft Office 365 and other technology necessary for successful day-to-day functioning in a business environment. • Clear a nationwide criminal background check and driving record background check.
