A dispatcher for LDW Group, Inc. works remotely from home and is experienced with telephone customer service, as well as a Live Help customer service chat. A dispatcher connects LDW clients via telephone with the entertainer of their choosing, in a professional manner, after processing their credit card for payment. Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of clients, entertainers and fellow employees is paramount. The dispatcher position is hourly, with a standard rate of $20/hour, with overnights (12a - 8p ET) being paid at a rate of $21/hour. A dispatcher with LDW needs a quiet, private area to answer customer service calls is also required. Computers, phone and Mifi will be supplied by LDW Group. LDW Group, Inc. offers its employees paid sick/personal time, vacation time and a Simple IRA with a 3% company match. You are able to work from home. We are a 24/7 company, therefore we offer a flexible work schedule with opportunities to pick up extra shifts outside your own schedule. LDW Group, Inc. is headquartered in Central Massachusetts, however our employees and entertainers are all remotely located. We are currently looking for applicants in the Chicago area.
