Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, to conduct phone surveys for important research studies. This is a data collection role – absolutely no sales or quotas! The ideal Customer Service Representative: -has good communication skills and basic computer knowledge, -enjoys speaking with people from diverse backgrounds and professions, -can gain the cooperation of respondents over the phone in order to complete a survey or provide help desk assistance by being persuasive and appropriately assertive, and -can follow procedures for reporting project-related problems that may require help desk assistance or policy decisions.
