Customer Service Representative – $17/hour (Spokane) Finders Insurance https://findersins.com/about-our-agency/join-our-team/ Location: 2103 N Division Street, Spokane, WA Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (In-office) Finders Insurance is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role can be part-time or full-time, but Mondays and Fridays are required. Hours: 9:30 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm (with flexibility for part-time schedules). We’re looking for someone upbeat, social, and dependable — you’ll be the first person our clients meet, so making a great first impression is key! Duties include: Answering and routing phone calls Greeting clients and taking payments Managing daily deposits & office supplies Filing and organizing paperwork Handling incoming mail Keeping the office tidy and welcoming What you need: Friendly, positive attitude Good multitasking and listening skills Basic computer knowledge (Google tools, IE/Chrome) Strong attention to detail (especially with payments) Pay & Benefits: $17.00 per hour Health & Dental insurance (for eligible employees) Great team environment 📩 How to apply: Email your resume Work Location: In-person at our Spokane office
