ShareArlington Towers is seeking front desk lobby attendants for swing shift and fill-in roles. Job description including roles and responsibilities: Greet residents and guests, manage the sign-in process according to ATHOA procedure and policies, and provide information or directions as needed. Monitor doors and when able, open doors for residents and provide assistance if necessary. Keep the lobby clean and presentable from daily use of lobby. Receive and log deliveries according to task prioritization schedule. Monitor surveillance cameras Manage access to the building by verifying visitors, contractors, and deliveries according to ATHOA procedure and policies. Assist with resident requests and direct them to proper staff or point of contact. Participate in staff training plan to maintain and observe knowledge. Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor. Adhere to dress code as outlined in ATHOA policies and procedures. Shift coverage - swing shift 2pm-10pm Thursday to Tuesday Basic customer service skills a plus. Can be trained on the job. There will be on the job training. Background check required. We are looking for full time or two part time people.
