We are looking for a Customer Service / Administrative Assistant who knows about energy healing modalities and terms, i.e., hands-on healing, chakras, etc., and shares our passion for making a positive difference. If you have experience in customer service, are friendly and organized, a fast learner, and open and interested in learning more about Light-Life Tools and holistic practices, you may be the perfect addition to our team. About the Role This role is both practical and heart-centered. You’ll be the welcoming voice for our customers, supporting them with kindness and professionalism, while also helping with the behind-the-scenes details that keep our office running smoothly. Responsibilities • Greet and support customers by phone, email, and in-person with warmth and care • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently • Keep customer records and office files organized and up to date • Assist with shipping coordination and inventory management • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and data entry • Help prepare materials for workshops, events, and promotions • Collaborate with our team to create an uplifting and positive customer experience Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service or office administration • A natural communicator with strong listening and writing skills • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus) • Detail-oriented and dependable, with good organizational skills • A genuine interest in holistic health — knowledge of Energy Healing, Chakras, Reiki, or similar practices is a big plus • We have a vast line of products, so someone who is a fast learner is preferred • Positive, compassionate, and eager to be part of a mission-driven team Why Join Us?
