ReCon Clean is looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner. We’re hiring a lead cleaner who can help train, onboard, and support our team of new and experienced cleaners. This is a hands-on, leadership role where you’ll teach our cleaning standards, delegate tasks on-site, and help new team members feel confident and prepared. About the Position: As our lead train cleaner, you’ll be directly involved in our hiring and onboarding process. When a new cleaner joins the team whether experienced or new to the industry — you’ll lead their training, teach them our checklists, explain our cleaning types, and go over company policies and on-the-job scenarios. New hires will complete a trial clean and several supervised cleans. You’ll delegate tasks, monitor their work, and ensure they meet company standards before clearing them to work independently. While training, you’ll be actively working in your own designated area on the job, leading by example and setting the pace and standard for the team. Job Responsibilities: Train new and experienced cleaners on company standards, cleaning techniques, checklists, and job expectations Lead trial cleans and multiple on-site training cleans for new hires Supervise, delegate, and provide real-time feedback during job visits Teach the differences between residential, deep, move-out, ,commercial, vacation and post construction cleans Explain and enforce company policies, cleaning protocols, and what to do in various job situations Maintain clear, positive communication with cleaners and clients Actively clean your assigned area while training to demonstrate expectations Help ensure consistent quality, reliability, and a positive, supportive team culture Requirements: Professional cleaning experience required Previous head cleaner, team lead, or trainer experience required Excellent communication, leadership, and delegation skills Friendly, patient, professional, and organized Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish Comfortable using a phone app for schedules, checklists, and job notes Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites Availability on weekdays/weekends between 9AM–4PM Pay & Perks: $25/hour starting pay Bonus opportunities Flexible part-time hours Opportunity to grow within the company How to Apply: If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please reply to this ad with all of the following information.
