We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Leasing Consultant for our 160 unit apartment community located in Davis, CA. This exciting position requires you to encourage prospective residents to live at the community with engaging tours highlighting amenities, assisting current residents with exceptional customer service, and walking the community daily to ensure its’ aesthetics and safety. Must be reliable and dependable. Schedule: Tuesday- Friday 9am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 5pm What You Will Bring (please apply if you meet these requirements): • 1 year of sales, administrative, hospitality/hotel, leasing or customer service experience • Computer proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in other computer software systems • Enthusiasm for learning new things is a must!
