Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support through dedicated phone line coverage. This role focuses on managing inbound communication, ensuring timely follow-up, and assisting in care coordination by handling documentation and post-visit outreach. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls to the assigned phone lines during regular business hours Return voicemails in a timely and professional manner between live calls Send clinical notes and follow-up documentation for designated markets, ensuring compliance and accuracy Assist with Post-Operative patient calls as needed to confirm recovery and next steps Maintain accurate call records, dispositions, and patient follow-up details within the CRM and shared systems Follow HIPAA compliance and internal security guidelines for all patient information Requirements Must reside in a states that are on Pacific Standard Time zone (hours are 8am-5pm PST) 1+ year experience in a customer service, medical/dental office, or call center environment preferred Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Comfortable handling multiple phone lines and managing high-call volume Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using Five9 Phone system, CRM systems, Gmail, and Google Sheets/Docs a plus Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting Benefits Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate ranging of $18/hr Perks: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, a 401(k) plan (with 3% match), Life Insurance, and generous Paid Time Off to help you recharge and thrive.

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you will greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the studio, help clients determine the next steps in their wellness journey, promote membership sales, and help administer some of the services we have to offer.
