Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate legal risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement legal compliance programs. Manage external counsel and other legal service providers as needed. Assist in the resolution of corporate disputes and litigation matters. Stay updated on relevant industry trends, changes in laws, and regulations affecting the automotive sector. Participate in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders, such as government authorities, business partners, and regulatory agencies. Requirements A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of [5] years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of corporate law principles, contract law, and intellectual property law. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
