The Role: As a Credit Eligibility Analyst at YouLend, you will play a vital role in the credit application lifecycle by ensuring deals are qualified and prepared for underwriting. This includes reviewing applications for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficient and successful funding decisions. Responsibilities: Assess and qualify credit applications using internal guidelines. Prepare deals to streamline the underwriting process. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information received for each deal. Resolve any discrepancies by liaising with the Sales and Credit Decision teams. Work to meet team SLAs and contribute to overall KPIs. Propose process improvements and contribute ideas for operational efficiency. Develop and deliver internal training where applicable. Maintain data integrity using CRM systems and maintain strong documentation practices. Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data. Confident analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting numerical information. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Credit teams. Familiarity with CRM systems and managing case pipelines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a target- and performance-driven environment. Desirable Skills: Prior experience in financial services, lending, or credit analysis. Familiarity with embedded finance platforms or fintech environments. Experience using automation tools or data dashboards (e.g., Excel, Looker, Salesforce). Process improvement mindset or experience with lean methodologies.
