I installed w11 Pro fully updated, removed all the bloat ware, installed Firefox as the default browser, set Google as your home page, installed the 'classic tool bar' got rid of all the extra search engines. This is a pretty snappy machine as is. You could add a video card and bump the ram up to 16 gigs. This not a gaming machine understand your specs. This perfect for general computing office, face book, web you tube etc. I am pricing this right consider, I had to spend my time to clean it up, buy ram, buy a hard drive and pay for a w11 lisc so your getting a legit unit that works.
